I have booked the room for 6 days with my husband. Beds were comfy and the room was normally pretty clean. Staff members were quite handy and welcoming and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was great. Not an exceptionally social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Excellent place, anything is within walking distance. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and speak great English. There are activities each evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s pretty small. Wonderful quality for the money!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at every time. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Very awesome hotel and good location. I Definitely endorse Sun Island Hotel Kuta!
